Learn to use a compass and read a map\, as well as natural navigation (using nature/celestial and your awareness to find your way). Then we’ll take to the field\, putting the skills into practical use. Includes finding and taking a bearing and utilizing BOTH compass and map to navigate. Suitable for 1st-timers but seasoned outdoors people and previous (returning) participants will benefit as well!Cost for the class is $25.00\, including all materials. Repeat participants welcome.
